I thank God,
it’s Good Friday
I’m so grateful
for this one day.

For my Savior,
endured for me
the pain, the shame
to set me free.

I thank God,
for Jesus dying breath
for it saved me
from eternal death.

For my sins,
on the cross He bore
so I could have life
with Him forever more.

I thank God,
it’s Good Friday
for Jesus is to Him . . .
the only pathway!
