Once you receive Jesus,
God’s child you become
a heavenly inheritance
will be the outcome.

Now from all forms of sin,
you will willingly flee
for a friend to the world
you will no longer be.

Good works you will do,
without any hesitation
for you’ll see right through
satan’s lies of deception.

Your mind will be renewed
as you seek His perfect will
with the full understanding
it’s best to wait and be still.

Once you receive Jesus,
to God you will be a delight
for you now live a life . . .
that is pleasing in His sight!
