The peace of God transcends,
anything we can perceive
and so sometimes . . .
it’s hard for us to receive.

But, if we were to let,
our hearts become still
and focus in on Jesus
our minds peace would fill.

The peace Jesus left us,
in this world can’t be found
no matter where you look
you won’t find it around.

But, if we keep our hearts,
troubled and worry free
what keeps us from His peace
would from our minds flee.

The peace of God exceeds,
what we will ever know . . .
unless in prayer to Jesus
we every day will go!
