Although it might feel impossible at times, we can always choose to approach our circumstances with love. This doesn’t mean tolerating bad behaviour or glossing over frustration but it is more about choosing to see through the eyes of love.

Bring love to the table

Bring love to the dark

It’s not some soppy fable

Judgmental thoughts now park

Bring love to your presence

Bring love to your work

It’s who you are at essence

Though shadows sometimes lurk

Bring love to the party

Bring love into the mix

Be wholesome, real and hearty

Ignore the mind’s old tricks

For love’s what keeps us stable

It heals when it may speak

Bring love to the table

It’s love that we all seek
