Christ in us,
with us always
be it the good
or the bad days.

A promise to us,
never to leave
when onto Him
we faithfully cleave.

Christ in us,
til the world’s end
sticking by us
just like a friend.

A truth to behold,
to hide in our heart
knowing from us
He’ll never depart.

Christ in us,
oh, what a blessing
a truth into which . . .
we must keep pressing!
