Light-bearers,
candle-holders
are those who are
truth beholders.
Bearing witness,
to the Life and Way
shines His Light
both night and day.
Trust-sharers,
faith-builders
are those who are
hope wielders.
Proclaiming peace,
vocalizing their love
let their light radiate
God’s own from above.
Candle-holders,
Light-bearers
are those who are
Jesus sharers!

The spirit of man
is the candle of the Lord,
searching all the inward
parts of the belly.
He was not that Light,
but was sent to bear
witness of that Light.
No man, when he hath lighted
a candle, covereth it with a vessel,
or putteth it under a bed;
