To the Holy Spirit,
you’ll need to submit
to His indwelling
you must not resist.

If you want your faith,
to grow and thrive
then for God’s power
you will need to strive.

To the Holy Spirit,
you’ll need to listen
to His presence
you must not stiffen.

If you want your trust,
to flourish and bloom
then Jesus in your life
you’ll need to make room.

To the Holy Spirit,
we all need to be aware
otherwise our hope
will fall into despair!
