Today I heard from God,
He told me to keep believing
He told me to hold fast . . .
His peace I’d be receiving.

I heard Him tell me,
to take everything to Him
I heard Him say to wait
for His calm to set in.

Today I heard from God,
He told me not to doubt
He said to trust Him
as He’s working things out.

I heard Him tell me,
I have nothing to fear
I heard Him say to be strong
for He is always be near.

Today I heard from God,
He told me to pray for you . . .
He told me that you needed
to hear today from Him too!
