The road into heaven,
isn’t on a street of clover
it’s full of dips and ditches
large bumps to get over.

It’s chuck-full of potholes,
to maneuver through
gaps and depressions
with lots of pitfalls too.

The road into heaven,
isn’t on a street named easy
it’s full of twists and turns
with curves that are sneaky.

It’s full of detours,
that will slow you down
roadblocks and delays
you’ll have to get around.

The road into heaven,
is on a One Way street
there is no other path . . .
if Jesus you want to meet!
