Stop what you’re doing,
I want you to be awed
know and be still . . .
by the fact I am God.

Quit trying,
let Me take care of you
quit stumbling
I know just what to do.

Quick fretting,
let Me work things out
quit worrying
give Me all your doubt.

Quit panicking,
your future is in My hand
quit struggling
your days I have planned.

Be still My Child,
for I want you to know
that I am God . . .
and I love you so!
