
When we get triggered by people it is easy to point fingers and judge them. Yet what they are reflecting back to us is often parts of us that we can’t be with and haven’t fully accepted. If we choose to see our relationships as mirrors we become more conscious of our own projections and can learn a lot about ourselves. Easier said than done sometimes and yet all part of self-growth!

What do you see within yourself when you fixate on me?
For we are mirrors, nothing else, reflecting what we see
What stirs in you when your eyes view the energy I’m being
What’s familiar? What feels new? What makes you feel like fleeing?
What do you hear within your ears within the morning chorus?
Is there a sense of joy and cheer? For what appears is for us!
