A heart for Jesus,
is full of joy and love
its treasure aren’t here
but in heaven above.

Its eyes are open,
to the Life, Truth and Way
it doesn’t care what others
about them might say.

A heart for Jesus,
is one invested wholly
to following the Bible
living a life holy.

Its ears are opened,
to both the old and new
for it does not embrace
or hold a worldly view.

A heart for Jesus,
is a heart trusting
for it has Godly wisdom
and true understanding!
