Born Into Rebellion ~

Born into rebellion,
rotten to the core
too evil to hear . . .
the knock on the door.

Rioting and destroying,
burning and stealing
too wicked to see . . .
the need for healing.

Prideful and lustful,
immoral and impure
too depraved to heed . . .
the call of a Savior.

Angry and destructive,
factious and divisive
too caught up being . . .
one of satan’s devices.

Born into rebellion,
bad to the bone
too rebellious to not . . .
cast the first stone!

Galatians 5:19-21

Now the works of the flesh are manifest,
which are these; Adultery, fornication,
uncleanness, lasciviousness,

Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred,
variance, emulations, wrath,
strife, seditions, heresies,

Envyings, murders, drunkenness,
revellings, and such like:
of the which I tell you before,
as I have also told you in time past,
that they which do such things
shall not inherit the kingdom…
