Serene Routine

Peacock Poetry

Walking and writing are such an integral part of my daily experience that I would be quite lost without them. There is something so liberating about walking in the hills first thing and literally opening myself to nature’s inspiration. Even walking the same paths on a regular basis always brings new awareness and observations. How is nature speaking to you at the moment?

Roaming Device

Whatever happens I will roam

I’ll roam until the cows come home

It’s humbling to walk life’s path

Us human folk don’t know the half

I’ll wander, childlike, unrehearsed

Complacency is such a curse

and bubble forth just like the brook

Whose wisdom source could write a book

Whatever happens I will stroll

With mindfulness my only goal

For this is when I’m most alive

Creative shoots begin to thrive

Bring on the forks, the curves, the stones

I’ll roam until the cows come home
