Always Something Good

Peacock Poetry

When we are feeling sorry for ourselves we vibrate at a very different frequency and attract more of the same. If we can nip the victim mentality in the bud, and instead focus on the things (however small) that we are grateful for, we begin to reset our systems and positive manifestation often follows.

So much

Focusing on what I’ve got

Instead of what I lack

Makes me feel grateful for my lot

Makes me want to give back

Good fortune pours when we are more

appreciative of blessings

Some live in famine and through war

Their challenges more pressing

And so I’m thankful for my shot

It gets me back on track

To focus on the things I’ve got

Instead of what I lack
